Richmond’s Earth Day Festival is located just South of the 14th Street Bridge, where Hull Street Begins.
Activities take place from the Flood Wall to 4th Street. Limited parking is available off of Manchester Road (first left after 14th St. Bridge), in the Art Works lot (between 4th & 5th St.), and behind Burger King on 6th Street.
PLEASE TRY TO CARPOOL, RIDE YOUR BIKE, OR WALK.
The Bus routes through GRTC are: 62 Hull St and 63 Midlothian. They will serve Hull Street between 1-4th.

I will be coming from Norfolk – Will there be plenty of parking available?
They are calling for some rain this weekend. Will the festival still go on?
Is there a way to be notified like sending an email if it is cancelled or will the website have current updates?

Hi Brandon. Wow…thanks for driving from Norfolk! We are planning on having the Festival rain or shine but if there is lightning, we may have to cancel. Yes, Pets are welcome. Your best bet on parking is to turn onto 6th Street from Hull and take a left on Decatur. Public parking is at the end of Decatur and 1st Street. The Rain Barrels will be very close by on 2nd Street.
